Yes! Your first lesson is entirely free.

As we value consistency for the best results, we offer a 12-week interval program for all students. Students receive one lesson per week during a 12-week period that you will schedule with your instructor.

After this period ends, the program will auto-renew unless you cancel before renewal.

When you book your first free lesson, your card is securely stored on file through the booking calendar (we use Stripe). We do not charge you for your first lesson.

If you choose to continue lessons, we will initiate your 12-week lesson subscription, and your first monthly recurring charge will be processed 3 days before the subscription begins.

We use mymusicstaff.com for our lesson calendar. All students receive login information upon the start of their program. Once you log in, you are able to see all of your scheduled lessons and save them to your personal calendar.

We conduct all of our lessons on the Zoom platform. You will receive specific instructions to set up Zoom correctly before your first lesson begins.

Yes! Per 12-week interval, we offer two reschedules for any reason (with 24-hour notice), and unlimited reschedules if your lesson should land on a holiday.

Should any missed lesson fall outside the rescheduling policy, your instructor will send you up to 2 video lesson recordings per 12-week period, no matter the reason for the missed lesson.
